Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Bongo Furniture, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please contact us within5 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting our support team.
• Products can be exchanged for items of equal or lower value. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
• Exchange-related delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Custom-made items, special orders, corporate deal purchases, and color-modified designs are not eligible for exchange.
• For change-of-mind exchanges (if eligible), a15% processing fee will apply.

Return Policy

• All return requests must be approved before shipping items back.
• Returned products must be unused and in original condition, including packaging and accessories.
• Custom items, special orders, corporate deal products, and altered designs cannot be returned.
• Eligible change-of-mind returns will incur a25% return fee.

Refund Policy

• Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately at delivery, in the presence of the delivery personnel.
• Clear photo and video proof is required for verification.
• Once approved after inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
• Refunds typically reflect within7 business days.
